Terms and conditions of Service for Personal Security Officer (Bodyguard) BODYGUARD VIP THAILAND by Magnet Security Guard Co., Ltd.
- We need to know all work details and risks of client must be reported accurately and clearly at all.
- Payment rate is accepted in Thai baht only. Payment must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- In case of urgent work, payment must be made immediately and wait for arrange the bodyguard and travel in Bangkok for 2-3 hours.
- OT is specified in each package. Clear payment before noon the next day. Fractions of a minute are counted as 1 hour.
- Bodyguard package This service fee does not include travel expenses in case the bodyguard travels separately from the client. The client must take care of travel for bodyguards. In case of traveling to other provinces, please contact company to estimate the price.
- Do not accept orders that are against the law of the Kingdom of Thailand and international law.
- In the event that the work format is not as agreed, which may cause an offense against the law, the bodyguard has the right to cancel the work immediately.
- In the event that the bodyguard team is injured during work, the employer must take care of the medical expenses until they recover and compensation during the hospitalization until they can return to work (based on the medical certificate). The medical expenses are calculated according to the actual medical bill. And compensation of 5,000 baht per day
- In case of service cancellation, Can not refund is available
- Postponement of service must be notified at least 3 days in advance in order to be able to keep the package for use. The package period is within 30 days from the date of postponing the service. If the postponement is notified suddenly, it cannot be postponed or canceled and cannot refund.
- Clients and bodyguard information will be subject to the privacy policy, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)
